Cookies

Cookies are used on Q-Fog’s pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and are used to track what you do on the website. There are two types of cookies; permanent cookies and session cookies.

Permanent cookies

A permanent cookie remains on the visitor’s computer for a specified period of time. On Q-Fog’s pages, these are used to improve the website by obtaining statistics on how a visitor uses the website, such as which articles are read the most and how users move in the navigation.

Session cookies

A session cookie is temporarily stored in the computer’s memory while a visitor is on a web page. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can turn off cookies in your browser’s security settings. You can also set your browser to prompt you every time the website tries to place a cookie on your computer. Through the browser, previously stored cookies can also be deleted, see the browser’s help pages for more information. The Swedish Post and Telecommunications Board is the supervisory authority in the area, please read more about cookies on their website.
